We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional re-shipping fees may apply.

9. Lost or Damaged Parcels

We’ll liaise with the courier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or a refund.

In some cases (e.g. out of stock items), our external suppliers may ship directly to your address.
